High Inlet Low Outlet Basket Strainer

Working Principle

When liquid enters the filter basket through the cylinder, solid impurity particles are trapped inside the basket, while clean fluid passes through the basket and is discharged from the filter outlet. For cleaning, simply unscrew the bottom plug of the main pipe, drain the fluid, remove the flange cover, clean, and reassemble. Thus, operation and maintenance are extremely convenient.

Scope of Application

The filters produced by our company feature compact structure, high filtration capacity, low pressure loss, wide applicability, easy maintenance, and low cost. They are mainly suitable for the following materials:

1. Weakly corrosive materials in chemical and petrochemical production, such as water, oil, ammonia, hydrocarbons, etc.
2. Corrosive materials in chemical production, such as caustic soda, soda ash, concentrated and dilute sulfuric acid, carbonic acid, aldehydic acid, etc.
3. Low-temperature materials in refrigeration, such as liquid methane, liquid ammonia, liquid oxygen, and various refrigerants.

Note: Filters with DN250 and above have flanges with swing arms, and the equipment includes support legs, with the cylinder having upper and lower heads.
